2021-22 Registration Is Open

Millbrook Youth Hockey evaluations and season registration is open!

Please read the following points to make registration easier:

  1. If you are new to Millbrook, you'll need to create a website login before registering your child.  Click the "Sign Up" button to create an login for yourself.
  2. Evaluation and season registration are one and the same.  The tryout fee is charged at registration. The season deposit is charged after tryouts, once you commit to a team and are added to the roster.  Scheduled payments will be billed based on the schedule specified during registration.
  3. A valid 2021-2022 USA Hockey registration is needed.  Since this is a registration for both evaluations and the season, we need to collect a USA Hockey registration that is valid for the entire season.
